Your old pals at LC are excited to be consulting for the 2011 Grey Cup and BC Lions to manage seven merchandise locations throughout the 99th CFL Championship. The Grey Cup Festival, which includes dozens of events located at the Vancouver Convention Centre and BC Place, kicks off on Thursday. For more information on the festival, check out the Grey Cup website and, while you're at it, why not hit the official Grey Cup on-line store? Some of our favourite friends are performing during the festival, including Colin James, the Cancons, Aaron Pritchett and, of course, your BC Lions. There will be a variety of stages, dozens of great performances, a kick ass parade, and tons of free entertainment. Heck, stop by and pick up a souvenir while you're there.

LOWERCASELTD.COM Y'ALL
Howdy friends. We have a new website and we invite you to check it out. It's often been said that lowercaseltd.com is the single most indispensable site on the web, and we couldn't agree more. Now you can stay in touch with Lower Case 24 hours a day (except between noon and 2pm on Tuesdays). Whatever you do, DO NOT visit then.

MOTHER MOTHER - ON TOUR
This week Canadian pop stars, Mother Mother, continue a very awesome North American tour. Your new favourite band not only has a library of great tunes, they also have a stellar line-up of merch. Produced with the upmost love and affection by your friends at LC, the merch features MM's signature array or bright colours and bold graphics (designed by the band, incidentally). If you can't make it out to a Mother Mother gig near you, may we suggest visiting their on-line store? Pick up some great new music, a snazzy new T-shirt, or completely refresh your wardrobe. It's what we'd do, if we were you.

JOHNNY REID - TARTAN ARMY SCARVES
This month, Johnny Reid, aka Canada's favourite country music artist, launched two new souvenir scarves (coincidentally developed by your pals at LC). The scarves, available at the Johnny Reid on-line store, feature a tartan pattern (to celebrate Johnny's Scottish roots) and are carefully made with acrylic wool (to celebrate his more recently acquired Canadian heritage). If you love Johnny Reid and you're familiar with Canadian winters, you'll agree this is the most sensible purchase of the season. Collect all two!
