BC LIONS - BLACK IS THE NEW ORANGE

Last week, in an epic 26-22 win over the Calgary Stampeders, the BC Lions debuted their snazzy new 3rd jerseys. The dark grey and black jerseys were an instant hit with fans and helped propel the Leos to an important divisional victory. To celebrate the jersey launch, the Lions asked us to produce some commemorative T-shirts with the grey, black, and orange theme. So, of course, we did. Visit a BC Lions merchandise location near you to get your hands on a new jersey or visit the official team store to purchase the CFL's hottest/coolest new souvenir. Think of it as your chance to wear your pride when you're not wearing orange (unless, like us, you've been wearing your lucky orange boxer-briefs since the 2013 season began).

HOWE SOUND BREWING - YOU'RE MY BOY BLUE

This summer, our pals at Howe Sound Brewing released a fantastic new beer, affectionately named You're My Boy Blue! Blueberry Wheat Ale. This crisp, refreshing blueberry wheat ale is brewed with malted barely, white wheat, and blueberry puree. It's available on tap at Vancouver's Tap & Barrel restaurant and at a craft beer shop near you. To celebrate one of the best wheat ales we've ever tasted, we, naturally, created some snazzy blue T-shirts. Tell the world you love Blueberry What Ale and, more importantly, tell everyone Blue's You're Boy!

2013 CANADA SUMMER GAMES - SHERBROOKE, QC

This weekend marks the official kick-off of the 2013 Canada Summer Games in Sherbrooke, QC. Over 4000 athletes will compete for honours in 20 disciplines during 16 days of action. During those 16 days, fans will not only enjoy some fantastic athletic competition, but also some very awesome LC-produced swag. Check out the CSG website for event info and updates and be a good sport by stopping by one of the official souvenir shops to score some authentic 2013 CSG gear. Let the games begin!

 

PASSENGER - ON TOUR

British folk-rock sensation Passenger is currently on the road and selling out theatres across North America (check out the official Passenger website for show info and ticket details). The success of this tour is no surprise to us, being one of our favourite artists and one who's topped the charts in 16 countries. Also topping the charts is the super classy merch you'll spot at an upcoming Passenger show, produced by your pals at LC. The design features a portrait of singer Mike Rosenberg, who can come along for the ride on your chest when you sport one of these shirts. 

RED TRUCK BEER

Red Truck has long been one of our favourite Canadian breweries and beer brands. So when they asked us to produce some super sweet T-shirts, we said why the heck not. It is, after all, what we do. Now Red Truck fans can sport a classic vintage Tee while enjoying a cold pint of Red Truck Ale or Lager at their favourite establishment. We can't promise the beer will taste any better while doing so, but we can promise that you'll look incrementally more awesome.

 

ROCK THE SHORES

Next weekend (July 13 & 14) Victoria, BC hosts one of Canada's premiere music festivals, Rock The Shores. Check out the festival website for complete event info and ticket details. The 2013 line-up is highlighted by City and Colour, Weezer, Mother Mother, and some super snazzy souvenirs. Stop by the festival merch tent to snag one of these limited edition items and then get ready to rock, as they say.

It wouldn't be summer without a series of Mother Mother tour dates and, we'd argue, wouldn't be a Mother Mother tour without some awesome new LC-produced merch. Check out the band's website for a complete list of tour dates and check out the conveniently located images below for a glance at a couple new MM pieces (also available 24/7 in the official Mother Mother store). Imagine yourself in one of these babies and just try not to like what you see. Try and you will fail!
